Daana Paani

I recently had Aloo Paratha and Gobi Paratha, and they truly felt like a restaurant experience at home. The parathas were soft yet perfectly crisp on the outside, generously filled, and packed with flavor. The aloo stuffing was well-seasoned with just the right balance of spices, while the gobi filling was fresh, light, and aromatic. Served hot with chutney, and butter, the whole meal gave that authentic dhaba-style taste. Honestly, the quality and freshness were even better than many restaurants – no excess oil, just pure taste and comfort.

Absolutely loved the food at Dana Pani in Rotorua! The Paneer overloaded burger was delicious, the paratha was perfectly made, and the noodles and samosas hit the spot. Great taste, great vibe — a must-visit!

The owner was extremely friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was pure comfort — all their parathas were delicious, we were left wanting for more. The chai was the perfect match with the paratha, rounding out a wonderful meal. We were on a trip and were in the town only for two days but went back in the evening for their pav bhaji ( which gets sold out too quick)

We visited dana paani today and ordered mix and aloo parathas. They were too delicious that we ordered more. The coffee and gud chai was good too. The vibe of the cafe is so cool and photogenic. We will love to visit again as their prices are too genuine

Wow. The most amazing surprise this morning. Felt a little hungry, and felt like a change instead of our usual. So glad we decided to give Daana Paani a try. Warm , friendly and welcoming service, great menu choices, and the food just beautiful. Great value for money too. I will be happily returning. Very impressed.

Daana Paani is a great place for an early morning start in Rotorua. For the most part, it had a quiet and calm atmosphere with relaxing music. This casual dining place offered friendly service and timely order arrival. We ordered the open omelette and the avocado on potato rosti. Both were very tasty and satisfying. Not overly full. Water is self service. Great place to enjoy your meal and gradually prepare for the day ahead.
